Eton Clarke has been mandated by a global investment bank in their search for a senior Emerging Markets Credit salesperson to be based in their New York branch.
This is a Managing Director level hire and potentially a head of desk position depending on experience. They would like a seasoned EM credit salesperson ideally with experience selling CEEMEA credit bonds to North American institutional investors. A LATAM salesperson would also be considered if the candidate believes his/her clients will trade other EM credits through them as well.
The ideal candidate will have strong client relationships that they can transfer to a new platform and have ideally managed a small team in the past. This is an expansion hire and part of the bank’s overall strategy to increase their presence in North America.

- Good track record of selling Emerging Markets credit to US institutional clients.
- Excellent client relationships that can be moved to a new platform.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Be located in New York or willing to relocate.
